"Hello, I'm George.

In 2021, I embarked on a weight loss journey by monitoring my food intake and weighing myself daily. Initially scribbling notes on a piece of paper hidden in my closet, this simple practice provided valuable insights into the habits affecting my weight changes. The results were astonishing - a notable weight loss of 35 lbs, achieved without extreme measures. Surprisingly, I continued enjoying indulgent treats such as ice cream, pizza, pasta, and bread.
